EYEBROWS & LIPS
* For booking, please visit BOOKING for information on how to book. If you have old permanent cosmetic work please email clear photos of your current brows prior to booking for assessment to see if correction can be done.
We require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
LASH LIFT
* Before booking, please read the Contraindications to avoid any risks. If you have eyelash extensions, they must be removed as soon as possible prior to getting a lash lift as well as the eye makeup.
* ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
  • i have been informed and understand that those procedures are not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatment received; all transaction are final. all pre-paid packages are non- refundable.
  • i understand that results may vary to client to client. multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired results.
  • I understand that whilst complications from those procedures are rare, they can and sometimes do occur.
  • I will not hold Bee Queen PMU LLC, and their associates responsible for any risk associated with their provided treatments, as I am fully aware in my understanding, and I am still willing to be treated at my own will. I accept responsibility for any complications that may occur and thereby absolve Bee Queen PMU LLC, and all their associates of any blame resulting therefrom.
